... golfing?

 So these are a few week old pics, but we were driving around Thanksgiving Day weekend, and we pass a golf course and Josh said "wanna go golfing". It's a good thing I have learned to keep my sneakers in the car for when he gets random ideas to do something fun like this :). We had....fun. Well the truth is Josh is a really really good golfer! I didn't know!

 as for me.....

 I hit maybe 4 out of my 30 balls the the first try.. all the other ones took me a good 3 tries to actually wack it, and then it only went maybe 20-30 feet. Josh's were going SO FAR :) but we had fun!

There's a sweet old man from Germany who sits on a corner street and sells roses. One day on the way home from picking Josh up from Fort Eustis, he asked me to pull over, jumped out of the car in his army uniform and bought me these roses. Thank you honey. i love you*

Thanksgiving bLaSt! *

 We are so grateful for our little bundle of JoY! :) He adds so much life to each day, and did especially to his first Thanksgiving Day :)

 Warmed up the ham, broke out the store bought pies, poured some sparkling cider, Josh made killer mashed potatoes!!!! and I made my mammas delicous homemade rolls. mmm mmm mm mm mmmm :)

 They lit up our near by park with tons and tons of lights!! It was such a sight to see! , and started the Christmas spirit for us :)

Went to Yankee Candle (such a fun HUGE candle store!!) and Santa was there, so I thought I'd introduce him to JK. :) JK wasn't so thrilled :) this picture proceded his screaming and crying...
